You might notice that my hair color changes as often as my mind when discovering new ideas. I could be considered a character actor of sorts, always seeking a new role to better help me understand this curious world around me, all the while connecting others’ ideas and thoughts— in my world, in our Milano world.
With the upcoming Milano-GPIA integration and The New School’s acceptance into the Ashoka Changemaker Campus Consortium, now is the time for Milano students to not only get involved with each other, but to expand their creativity and knowledge with peers from Parsons, Lang and all divisions within The New School. I would like to play the role of Senator to serve as our Milano voice. In an age where social media plays an important aspect of our everyday lives, we have the opportunity to be instantly connected in a forum to share ideas. I encourage you to begin your involvement by getting connected with the Milano The New School for Management and Urban Policy Facebook page and follow us on Twitter @leaders4change.
I am currently the Milano Marketing Coordinator and I’m on the 7th floor of 72 5th Avenue most days. I’d love to hear your ideas, and I bet you’d love to see the color of my hair. Please find me, anytime. I’d love to share with you tea-time stories from my experiences with the Kazakhs in the Peace Corps, or information about what is happening around school. I am also a SafeZone advocate, and am always available as needed. I want you to share your thoughts with me.
