About Me
I am proud to say that I am currently one of the few female drummers at the New School for Jazz. I am in my third year at the New School and am steadily gaining interest in composition. Another main interest of mine is cooking. Lately, I have been having recurring dreams about roasting chickens.
It is very important to me that Jazz has an active student voice within the University. By becoming a senator, I hope to be this voice and help Jazz gain more of a place within the larger New School University. I also hope to engage my peers in creating change for the Jazz school and participating in University-wide events. My goal is to help Jazz students get more involved within the University and to see more collaboration across branches of the New School.
