Why an Agenda?
We love the New School. It is by far the coolest school in the world, and we love the academic programs and people. That’s why we’re here!
There is only one main problem we need to fix — the structure of the upper-level administration, and some of the consequences. The problem doesn’t usually affect us students. But when it does, it burns, and USS wants these things fixed right now.
The stuff on our USS Agenda is not about money, or even lack of space — it is about will. Everything in the USS Agenda is easy. Almost everyone in the university agrees on this agenda, including the united faculty, students, and even much of the staff. All that remains is to do it. Let’s just do it!
